- Valid passport (2 blank pages, valid ≥ 3 months beyond the stay)
- Completed and signed visa application form
- Two recent ID photos
- Enrolment/admission certificate from a Belgian institution
- Proof of means of subsistence (blocked account, scholarship or sponsorship)
- Criminal record extract (aged 18 and over)
- Medical certificate (embassy form, < 6 months)
- Travel medical insurance (care, repatriation, death ≥ €30,000 each)
