  • Valid passport (2 blank pages, valid ≥ 3 months beyond the stay)
  • Completed and signed visa application form
  • Two recent ID photos
  • Enrolment/admission certificate from a Belgian institution
  • Proof of means of subsistence (blocked account, scholarship or sponsorship)
  • Criminal record extract (aged 18 and over)
  • Medical certificate (embassy form, < 6 months)
  • Travel medical insurance (care, repatriation, death ≥ €30,000 each)
