Purpose
These Terms of Use govern access to and use of the TrailLearn platform, which helps assess the viability of a study/mobility project based on sourced, qualified data.
Access to the service
Core features are available free of charge. Some advanced features require a Premium subscription (see the Pricing page). Access may be suspended for maintenance or in case of misuse.
Account
Creating an account requires a valid email address. You are responsible for keeping your credentials confidential and for actions taken from your account.
Premium subscription
The subscription is managed via a payment provider. Pricing, cancellation and the management portal are described on the Subscription page. No card number is stored by TrailLearn.
Contributions
Resources you submit are moderated before publication. You warrant that you hold the necessary rights and submit only accurate, sourced information. TrailLearn may refuse, correct or remove any contribution.
Liability
Diagnostics and recommendations are provided for guidance, based on sourced and dated data, and do not replace verification with official sources. TrailLearn does not guarantee the completeness or accuracy of third-party data.
Governing law
These Terms are governed by French law. Any dispute falls under the competent courts, subject to applicable consumer protection provisions.
